McElrath brings a wealth of experience in commercial lending, finance, and community development, especially within low-to-moderate income census tract areas and underserved communities.
Through his roles in banking and community development, McElrath has been committed to fostering economic revitalization, and champions for businesses and individuals in underserved market areas. His passion for helping new and existing businesses succeed has been a driver of his success, specifically by securing financing for businesses located in underserved areas.
