Kavita Sinha, VP

Professional Background

Kavita started her career in banking in 2015 and specialized in accounts receivable factoring. From 2022 through 2024 she took a quick hiatus from commercial lending and worked in H-E-B’s Financial Planning & Analysis division; however, she quickly learned that the extrovert in her wanted to get back to banking! She started with R Bank in early 2025.

Community Involvement

Kavita has been volunteering with the Houston Rodeo since 2018 and has recently become involved with Austin-based non-profits, such as HorseLink and the R.O.C.K.

Activities & Interests

When Kavita is not in the office, she enjoys riding her horse, hiking with her dogs, and traveling with her husband.
