Last year, we realized a change was needed—we needed to change the way our story is told to incorporate you. After all, we wouldn’t be successful without you and your support, trusting us to guide you in your financial journey.

Today, we proudly share that R Bank has undergone a brand refresh to better reflect who we are and who we aspire to be for you—our valued customers and communities. This transformation is not just about a new look; it’s about enhancing our role as your trusted financial partner, friend, and neighbor committed to serving alongside you.

Our brand refresh journey began with an in-depth collaboration with a local company from Round Rock, who helped us dive deep into what makes R Bank truly unique and different from other community banks. Through extensive research, that included employee interviews and customer focus groups, we gained valuable insights into your perceptions and expectations of us as your financial partner. 

This refresh is our commitment to improve and evolve in alignment with your needs as your financial provider. We’ve carefully integrated your feedback into our messaging mission, and vision ensuring that we continue to grow together. We’ve also added a touch of yellow to our color palette, giving our brand that extra pop to match our renewed spirit and optimism for the future.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll start notice changes as we introduce our new brand elements and colors, starting with the launch of our new website. This marks Phase I of our roll-out.
