Professional Background

Charles career spans over a wide variety of different roles that involve commercial lending, finance, and community development with tenures at both small and large financial institutes. Over the last 20 years, his career has been primarily focused on community development and economic revitalization. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Director of Community Involvement at R Bank.

Education

Charles attended Carleton College and obtained a Bachelor’s of Art Degree in Economics. Then attended Baldwin-Wallace College where he received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

Community Involvement

Charles is currently involved in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses program, where he enjoys helping small businesses out with his expertise. He also volunteers at the Tarrant County Food Bank.
